Refunds

If you unlock a lead that turns out to be spam, fake, or unreachable, report it — upheld reports refund the tokens you spent on that unlock. A chargeback on a token purchase reverses any unspent tokens and flags the account for review.

Reporting a bad lead

A contractor can report a lead that is fake, duplicated, or clearly not a genuine project. An admin reviews the report and, if upheld, refunds the unlock tokens. Homeowners can report a contractor who misuses their contact.

Prohibited conduct

• Fake or duplicate projects, or projects you do not intend to hire for.
• Scraping, reselling, or misusing homeowner contact details obtained from an unlock.
• Creating multiple accounts to unlock leads or snoop on competitors.
• Harassment, discrimination, or unsafe/illegal work.

Content & intellectual property

You keep ownership of the content you upload and grant BuildBridge a limited licence to display it for the purpose of operating the marketplace. Do not upload content you do not have the right to share.

Beta disclosure

BuildBridge is in beta and runs on free-tier infrastructure. Some features are evolving and the service may have cold-start delays after periods of inactivity. Current document version: 1.0.
